Cancellation and Refund Policy

At AITAP, we strive to provide the best service experience for our customers. If for any reason you wish to cancel your subscription or request a refund, the following terms apply.
1. Cancellation Policy
To cancel your AITAP subscription and account, you must send an email to our support team at hi@aitap.ai. Please include the following details in your email:
- Your account name
- Registered email address
- Subscription plan details
- Reason for cancellation (optional)
1.1 Subscription Renewal
AITAP subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually) unless canceled before the renewal date. If you do not wish to renew your subscription, you must email us before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle.
1.2 Immediate Cancellation
Upon receiving your cancellation request via email, we will cancel your account and subscription immediately. You will no longer have access to AITAP’s tools and services after the cancellation is processed.
2. Refund Policy
AITAP follows a no-refund policy for subscription fees once paid, as we offer digital tools that are available immediately upon account creation. However, exceptions may be made under the following circumstances:
2.1 Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:
- Duplicate Billing: If you were accidentally charged more than once for the same subscription.
- Account Setup Failure: If AITAP fails to set up your account or provide access to services within the specified time of 6 hours from the payment.
2.2 Non-Refundable Conditions
- Partially Used Subscriptions: No refunds will be issued for subscriptions that have been partially used.
- Change of Mind: We do not issue refunds if you simply change your mind after purchasing a plan.
2.3 Refund Process
If you are eligible for a refund under the outlined circumstances, please contact our support team at hi@aitap.ai within 7 days of the issue. We will process refunds within 10 business days of approving your request.
