Welcome to AITAP! By accessing or using our website, products, or services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or using AITAP’s services, you accept and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue using the services.

2. Services Provided

AITAP offers AI-powered tools and applications through various subscription plans. Our services include, but are not limited to, AI image generation, video creation, website design, marketing tools, and more.

Account Setup: Your account will be set up within 6 hours after payment is successfully processed. You will receive an email with login credentials to access your selected AI tools.

3. Subscription Plans

AITAP offers multiple subscription plans with different features and price points. By subscribing to one of our plans, you agree to pay the corresponding fees, either monthly or annually, as indicated during the checkout process.

Freelancer Plan: ₹999/month
Agency Plan: ₹1499/month
Enterprise Plan: ₹1799/month
Video & Graphics Generator Plan: ₹1249/month

You may cancel or upgrade your plan at any time, but refunds are not available for partially used subscription periods unless otherwise stated in this agreement.

3.1 Commercial Use of Generated Content

Freelancer Plan: The content generated using the Freelancer Plan does not come with a commercial license and is intended for self-use only. You may not sell, redistribute, or use this content for any commercial purposes.
Agency, Enterprise, and Video & Graphic Generator Plans: The content generated using the Agency Plan, Enterprise Plan, and Video & Graphic Generator Plan may be used for commercial purposes. You are permitted to sell, distribute, and use the content created under these plans in your business or client work.

4. Payment

All payments must be made via the payment methods available on our website. Subscription fees are charged at the time of registration and will automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

Account Creation Delay: Please note that it takes up to 6 hours to add AI apps to your individual account after payment.

5. User Responsibilities

By using AITAP’s services, you agree:

To provide accurate information during registration and keep your account details updated.
Not to misuse, distribute, or resell our services to unauthorized users.
To use our AI tools in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Not to engage in any activity that could harm AITAP’s website, services, or reputation.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, tools, software, and resources provided by AITAP are the intellectual property of AITAP. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or resell any part of our services without explicit written permission from AITAP.

7. Termination

AITAP reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to services at any time if:

You violate these Terms and Conditions.
You fail to make payment for the subscription.
You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities while using our services.

Termination of services does not entitle you to a refund, except as required by law or as outlined in our Refund Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

AITAP is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

AITAP reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nagpur, Maharashtra, India.
